Communications
We maintain links with parents via telephone, text, email and post. Our Office Administrator will answer all communications and refer them on to the relevant member of staff to respond as appropriate.
We will endeavour to answer all enquiries within 5 working days.
In the event of emergency closures or urgent information, we will generally use telephone or text.
For each pupil we will provide a weekly points sheet and three end-of-term reports; there will be two Progress Evenings per year, as well as a Parents’ Forum. We appreciate that it is often not easy for parents/carers to attend school in person and we therefore conduct our forums and information sessions via Microsoft Teams.
